Living On Awarded Five-Year National Lottery Grant to Support Bereaved Children and Families

We are delighted to share that Living On has been awarded a substantial five-year grant from The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund.

We are here to help and support children, young people, and their families in Orpington when someone they love has died and this funding marks an important milestone in our journey and will support our strategic development over the coming years.

The grant will enable us to grow as an organisation, increase the size of our team, and strengthen engagement with bereaved families across Orpington and the surrounding areas. It will also support improved outreach and closer links with schools, health professionals, and community organisations, helping ensure families know where to turn for support during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

We are incredibly grateful to The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund and to National Lottery players for making this support possible. Receiving this support in our 10th anniversary year makes it particularly meaningful. It gives us the stability to plan for the future and respond to increasing local need.

While this funding is a vital part of our long-term strategy, local support remains essential. We still need to raise funds and build strong community partnerships to ensure Living On can continue supporting bereaved children and families now and in the future.

If you would like to support our work through fundraising, volunteering, or partnership opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
