Clinical Administrator (12 hours per week)

Living On Bereavement Service – Chelsfield / Hybrid £15 per hour | £9,360 pro rata | £23,400 FTE

Are you organised, compassionate, and looking for a role where your work genuinely changes lives? Living On is a small, growing charity supporting bereaved children, young people, and families across BR5 and BR6. We’re looking for a Clinical Administrator who can bring warmth, efficiency, and heart to our team.

You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for families, volunteers, and partners, helping us run our therapeutic groups, family events, and support services smoothly. From coordinating sessions and managing resources to supporting communications and keeping our systems running well, you’ll play a key part in helping families feel held and supported at one of the hardest times in their lives.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

Fundraiser & Communications Officer (16 hours/week)

Living On Bereavement Service – Chelsfield / Hybrid £36,500–£40,000 FTE | Pro rata (0.4 FTE)

Do you want to use your creativity and communication skills to make a real difference to bereaved children and families?

Living On is a small, growing charity supporting children and young people who have experienced the death of someone close. We’re looking for a motivated, thoughtful Fundraiser & Communications Officer to help secure our future and amplify our impact.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the charity’s fundraising strategy, grow community support, and lead our external communications — from grant applications and donor stewardship to social media, newsletters, and our annual Impact Report. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Trustees, with the freedom to bring fresh ideas and build something meaningful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading our fundraising strategy, including identifying grants, writing applications, and managing reporting
  • Building relationships with donors, supporters, and community partners
  • Creating engaging communications across social media, newsletters, website, and printed materials
  • Managing data, impact stories, and supporter engagement
  • Representing Living On at events and supporting community fundraising
  • Helping shape the future sustainability of a much‑needed local service

What we’re looking for

Someone who is:

  • A strong communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Creative, proactive, and confident working independently
  • Comfortable juggling varied tasks and deadlines
  • Passionate about supporting bereaved children and families
  • Experienced in fundraising, communications, or digital content (or eager to grow in these areas)
