Supporting a bereaved child or young person can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to know what to say or how best to help.
Our psychoeducational group sessions are designed for parents and carers of bereaved children and young people. They provide a safe, supportive space to help you better understand and navigate your child’s grief.
Together, we explore some of the deeper implications of childhood bereavement, share practical strategies and look at resources that can help you support your child, while also looking after yourself.
Our course sessions take place online and offer an opportunity to learn, ask questions and connect with others who understand the challenges of supporting a bereaved child.
